We only collect what we need to ship your order and run the store.

What we collect. Your name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number, and order details. Payment information is handled by Shopify and the payment processor, so we do not see or store your full card number. We also collect basic analytics, such as pages visited, device type, and rough location, to understand site performance.

How we use it. To process and ship your order, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and, only if you opt in, send marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in any email.

Who we share it with. Shopify (our store platform), our fulfillment partners DSers and AliExpress (order and shipping details only, for getting your mower to you), payment processors (Shopify Payments, PayPal, or similar), and our email provider. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Your rights. If you live in California or another state with similar laws, you have the right to know what data we hold about you, request a copy, ask us to delete it, and opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. Email us and we will handle it within 45 days.

Cookies. We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember preferences, and measure traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser, though parts of the site may not work normally.
