By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

Products. Descriptions, specs, and photos on our site are accurate as confirmed by our supplier. We do not add a separate warranty on top of the manufacturer warranty that ships with the unit, that warranty is your coverage for mechanical defects.

Pricing and availability. Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price due to a typo or system error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full before shipment.

Your responsibilities. You confirm you are at least 18 years old, legally able to purchase an outdoor power product where you live, and that the shipping address you provide is accurate and deliverable. Wrong addresses are the main cause of lost orders, please double-check before you submit.

Operating risk. This is a battery-powered machine with moving blades. You are responsible for reading the included manual, following all safety instructions, supervising its use, and complying with local laws on outdoor power equipment. We are not liable for property damage, personal injury, or third-party loss resulting from operation, misuse, modification, or unsupervised use.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is capped at the amount you paid for that product.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes are handled in Delaware courts unless required otherwise by your local consumer law.

We may update these terms. The version on the site at the time of your order is the one that applies to you.
