Shipping policy

We ship from overseas warehouses, mostly in China, direct to your door in the US. Here is exactly what to expect.

Processing. Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days after payment clears. You will get a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with a tracking number once it ships.

Delivery window. Plan on 14 to 35 days from order to doorstep. The mower is heavy (around 40 kg packaged) and moves by sea and ground freight, not air. Most orders land in the 18 to 25 day range, but customs and regional carriers can stretch that.

Tracking. Every order ships with end-to-end tracking. You can follow it from our warehouse to your local carrier.

Customs and duties. We ship DDP, delivered duty paid. You will not be asked to pay import fees, brokerage, or duties at the door. That is on us.

Address changes. If your order has not shipped yet, email us and we will update it. Once a tracking number is issued, we cannot redirect a 40 kg freight package, the address is locked in.

Stuck in customs. It happens occasionally. If tracking shows no movement for more than 7 days at a customs facility, contact us. We will work with the carrier on your behalf and, if the package is confirmed lost or held indefinitely, we will reship or refund.
