Refund policy

You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a claim.

Defective or damaged on arrival. Email us within 30 days with clear photos and a short video showing the issue. For shipping damage, include photos of the outer crate too. Once we confirm the defect, we will ship replacement parts, send a full replacement unit, or refund you, your choice for major defects.

No return shipping for the mower itself. Because the unit weighs about 40 kg packaged, return shipping to our overseas warehouse costs more than the mower. We will not ask you to ship it back. Approved defect claims are refund-only or replacement-only. You keep or dispose of the original unit as instructed.

Dead on arrival (DOA). If the mower will not power on or has a confirmed mechanical failure out of the crate, we treat it as DOA and prioritize a replacement unit at no cost.

Change of mind. If you have simply changed your mind and the unit is still uncrated and unused, we offer store credit for the full purchase price, no restocking fee. Once the crate is opened or the machine is powered on, change-of-mind returns are no longer available.

Refund timeline. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
